Please do not do business with this company. I am extremely upset that PayPal continues to work with them after how many complaints there are. I purchased three toy robots from them and received them. They were not as described at all, and they sent two of the same ones. I contacted them several times and they never answered (their e-mails and phone number on their websites are fake). PayPal contacted them and they agreed to give me a refund back if I shipped it back. Well, I did via USPS for $35. It has been 20 days since USPS has updated my shipping info so PayPal decided to close my case. When I called them to contest this, they proceeded to defend the scammers over me, a client. If I am using PayPal it is for safety and because I trust that PayPal will protect their customers and that they would never continue to do business with a company who has scammed so many people, but thats not the case. I was robbed $89.97 by this company, I sent the toys back and paid $35 for shipping and have nothing to account for the money I spent.
