Hi, currently a transaction is on a pending transaction at the moment (ps., not my fault it as a silly buyer on a deactivate Depop account but the problem is now solved and shipped I am just waiting on them to close the investigation) but due to this my balance is on minus £1 but it is not letting me add money with my account because of another card that is not confirmed, however, I have never seen that card number in my life and that is not my card yet I cannot remove it until I log in with the account details for that account I never added or known about, please remove the ••••<Removed> card from my account it is not mine and so I can use my actual card to restore my balance to neutral before my account has a further issue
