I too have had this problem, I dont think I will go with Hotwire, I feel more secured with paypal because at least I know it will come out of my account. I tried checking orbitz and had no luck, the next thing I will do is call Paypal, Orbit, possibly Hotwire, and Expedia. I dont trust putting in my information on something that shows a green check mark stating "its secured". NO thank you. And the wen link the guy gave you is no help at all, believe me I have been searching in my account, no help.
