PayPal Community

I'm waiting on several refunds from PayPal and have confirmation from PayPal that they were definitely made. I contacted my bank to see if they could help; they said that I need the transaction code of each refund and when they have that, they can then search or query each item.  The bank refers to each transaction code as an 'ARN' reference.  Can anyone tell me where I can find these references? I've checked on the detailed information provided by PayPal for each refund, but cannot see anything related to 'ARN'.  I have tried calling PayPal many times, but cannot get beyond the automated telephone system.....   I don't think my situation is unique, but to not have received 5 refunds in a row is far beyond being coincidental and I'd really really like to be able to speak to a real person at PayPal, but I just can't get through.  Can anybody pleeeeeeese help me? ... I have been expecting 5 refunds through PayPal dating back to September last year. I was told by my bank that that they require the ARN number for each refund transaction.  I've looked at the detailed information per transaction, but cannot see anything that begins with ARN.   I've called PayPal, but cannot get past the automated voice response and am now really frustrated, can anyone help me??? ...
