I bought a coin on ebay $205. The seller had about 3 seller feedbacks which I thought meant payment would be held. Nevertheless, it wasn't. The coin arrived and it was counterfeit. The seller apologized and said he would refund my money. I received a paypal email saying it was refunded. I sent it back. Came to find out the refund was pending. Just got another email saying echeck bounced they will try again in 3 days then I wait 3-5 days. This could go on forever. I was told I can't file a dispute because my money was already refunded even though I didn't get it. The csr from paypal is actually trying to make me feel better by telling me all the fees he will incur. I don't care. So buyer protection does not exist if your given a refund that can't be refunded. All they keep saying is they are trying to get my money and all I keep saying is it's not my problem if they don't. Pay pal owes it as per buyer protection.
