Received an order from <removed> Chino, Ca 91710.
Usually I can track a business on my bank record by a phone number appearing. The only number appearing i[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]which is a pay pal number.
I need to return the 3 items I purchased for a refund as they are nothing like the photos online in quality, size or style.
How do I ask for a refund if I can not locate the business?
Should I just send the items back with return receipt required to the address it was sent from?
