My card reader has beed taking a long time to charge. After several hours, I got it up to 93%. But when I checked ½-hour later the battery power level had dropped to 84%. The card reader had been plugged into my computer the whole time, an my computer never went to sleep.   I also noticed that the status lights don't automatically go on when it's plugged in.   Is my card reader toast? ...
