The only reason why i set up my paypal account is so that i can buy the Shane Dawson pallet in secret. (I'm currently closeted). But it seems like I need to set up a bank account or a credit card to buy stuff. I got concerned very quickly because my parents are supposed to give the money to me today so a quick answer would be appreciated. And is a purchase of 150 euros not to much for the limit?
