I am unable to drag and drop my photo id into the Resolve Issues form. The id is in JPG form and separately in PDF format. Neither will drop into the PAYPal form. Unless I am able to complete this task my account remains on hold and with the limitations is useless to me. I am unable to close my account while there are limitations on it. The original hold was placed when PayPal offered the option of paying with a CC account which the merchant never accepts. I was unable to select another form of payment after the original error appeared. I have held my PayPal acct for decades and ever had a problem and, now that their computer created one, my account is on hold. Does anyone know how to resolve this task?
