I have been selling stuff on Ebay for over 6 months, and had over 30 positive feedbacks 0 negative. Paypal has held every single one of my payments. I am not really excited in general about having a middleman just to stand between Ebay, and the bank to take their share of the "Pot". Can I close my account when I still have money coming from Ebay, and money still being held? I'm about to just finish selling what I have left, and let all the payments clear so I can close it.
