Bereavement: Remaining funds

Good night. I'm trying here because PayPal is not helping me at all. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina, but my husband was from England. He had a UK PayPal account and sadly he passed away on 11th June this year. I started the Bereavement process more than a month ago, sending messages to customer support from my own Argentine PayPal app. I sent all the documents they required: copies of my husband's death certificate, proof of our marriage, my passport, his passport, and a letter formally requesting the closing of his account and his remaining funds to be transferred to my own PayPal account. PayPal closed my husband's account on the 5th of August, but nobody gave me information about his remaining money. I'm sure he must have funds in his account, as he used to buy and sell online through PayPal all the time. But I asked several times and they kept avoiding the answer. Could someone help me, please? What I should do?

Your only option is to keep trying with customer services or seek legal advice.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
