Can I have business and paypal both accounts with same number and linked to same bank?

Do paypay allows to have business and personal paypal account both? I've read on google it's yes. But I had some doubt regarding it. 

I read that both paypal should've different emails id. So does this mean I can link my both personal and business paypal accounts with same bank and same mobile number? I only have one mobile number. 

If I can't have both personal and business then, is there a way to degrade form business to personal account?

I believe you would need 2 bank accounts and separate phones as well as a separate email address.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Or you could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
