Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

You can keep your account open if there's a chance that you might use it in the future. Further, you can also try to check the pre approved payments through app and the steps to check the pre approved payments set up in your account can be found here : What is an automatic payment and how do I update or cancel one? If the issue persists, please get in touch with the PayPal team to get this checked further.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- My account is a seller account when I don't want it like that in Managing Account Archives
- Close account/change country - doesn't work because of open transaction in Managing Account Archives
- account permanent limitation for no reason in Managing Account Archives
- I keep getting decline notices over and over again, ALL DAY 3 days in a row in Managing Account Archives
