My account is a seller account when I don't want it like that

I have made this account 2 years ago and apparently it was made as a seller account. I don't have a reason as to why I could have put it that way, but because of it I need to wait 21 days for a transaction to go through, which is too long. Is there a way I can change my profile so it's not a seller account anymore? I just want a regular personal account that I can use freely and not have to wait for so long, since I know some people who didn't have to wait the 21 day period soon after creating the account. And another thing about this is that it asks me to add "tracking info" which I don't have since I'm not selling nor shipping anything and I can't do anything about it.

No such thing as a PayPal account that is not a seller account.

All PayPal accounts can receive payments for good/services regardless of account type.

So if you have a personal account and choose to sell then you have a seller account and are subject to the new seller holds and fees.

Hi, thanks for the response, although, I don't plan nor I am selling anything, one of my family members tried to transfer me some money for something thinking it would have no waiting period like there wasn't for her when she opened her paypal. Isn't there a way around the waiting the said time period without giving the "tracking info"?

Hi, I've read that before, and the solutions there are unavailable for me, so I went here to ask if there's any other way for the payment to go through earlier since like I mentioned someone else didn't have to waiton their first or any other transaction
