Paypal doesn't send text with log in code.

Hello, when I want to log in and select that paypal sends me a code via text there is no text from them; even after hitting resend. Is there an email address that I can use to reach them regarding this issue? Because I can't finish the log in process.

I did all those steps and still nothing. Is there an email I can reach them at? Unfortunately, calling their number is not pssible because of the country I live in.
