Unable to use "Manage Users" - Known issue?

I have been unable to access the "Manage Users" function in my PayPal account. When I contacted PayPal support, they informed me this is an ongoing issue affecting multiple accounts that they are working to resolve. 

 

It's been almost 2 months. I am the owner of the account.


The support representative provided me with ticket number CSTS0038035 and said this has been escalated to their product engineering team. They recommended I close the support ticket since it will not expedite resolution of the issue.


Has anyone else experienced this problem with accessing "Manage Users" lately?

 

PayPal support made it sound like a widespread known issue, so I'm curious if others are running into this too.

Please let me know if you have any tips or workarounds while PayPal works to fix it.

I'm experiencing a similar thing today. "Manage users" screen is empty even though we have multiple working user accounts.

In this case, I would recommend you to try some troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see if that works. If you are attempting via PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue.
