Account Limitation Remove,HELP!

Hello, My account was limited because I was not 18 years old and now that I am 18 can I remove the limitation or do I have to make another account?

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once so you would need to ask customer services first so that your new one is not banned as well.
