Getting an error 400 (bad request) when attempting to add a new phone number

Attempting to add a new phone number for a few weeks and I keep getting this error.

For this process I need to enter the verification on from the active number and the number I want to add.

The codes are validated correctly. On the last phase, adding the code from the new number i get the error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.".

Inspecting the request payload It shows this error description.

Can i please get some assistance here ?

Hello?

It seems impossible to contact Paypal about this issue.

The PayPal Assistant assistance is always unavailable...

 

I'll likely delete my account if i'm not able to resolve this issue since i need to change numbers.
