The Message Center UI is really bad. Is there any way to improve or navigate around this?

Hello all,

I recently encountered an issue when trying to view old messages in the Message Center. The page is poorly designed.

The message window cannot be expanded, even when I try to zoom out.

The area below the chat window is unnecessarily large and unhelpful.

In conclusion, the Message Center is almost unusable.

I'm using a 14-inch laptop and have tried both Chrome and Edge, but the issue persists.

I hope the IT team can address and fix this problem soon.
