Trouble Logging In - Asking For Authenticator App

Hi,

 

I have a paypal business account and a separate personal account.

 

I was setting up my business account recently and I vaguely remember turning on 2 factor authentication but I do not remember downloading any app for it. I'm trying to log in to my business account for the first time since then and it's asking me to check for the authentication code 'in the app', but I can't find the app?

 

I tried the only authentication app I have on my phone - Google Authenticator - but it didn't work (my business account email is a Zoho email, not Google). Please help me with the next steps.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issue with 2FA. Kindly reach out to our customer support team to get a help accessing your account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will not require to login to your account and able to connect to our support team.
