PayPal wanted me an ID photo for confirm my account. I did and few days later, my account is blocked.
I'm a dual citizen and they didn't accept my ID photo. Just because i'm from "banned country" i shouldn't get banned too. PayPal is currently banned in
Turkey but not Ukrain.
It's also funny that their live support never works and they haven't responded to my e-mails for days.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a Paypal account registered in the country where you live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
