I was paying for a few friends I know that own me money and they been nagging about it to pay them for a whole week, then after a few days they instantly decline my payment, I got nervous and called the bank that if they have to do with PayPal sooo apparently they don’t they say we didn’t block it they say it’s from paypal itself so I am not sure if they blocked my debit for paying too much or they think it’s suspicious act? And yes, it has money and pretty active 100% so I wanted to know how to remove the block from debit card on paypal? No, I would not make a new card! But I would appreciate your help there.
