How can I access the selected project by the donors? I just called customers service and they told me that this kind of reporting is not possible. I am asking myself: why am I letting donors decide what their donation should be used for, if I cannot allocate the received donations afterwards to the designated project? To me, this feels like fraud against my donors. And there was no warning of any sort when I was setting up the donations link. Maybe this is a problem of Paypal Germany which is why I am adding a translation to this issue.
Wie kann ich auf das von den Spendern ausgewählte Projekt zugreifen? Ich habe gerade beim Kundendienst angerufen, und man sagte mir, dass diese Art der Berichterstattung nicht möglich ist. Ich frage mich: Warum überlasse ich den Spendern die Entscheidung, wofür ihre Spende verwendet werden soll, wenn ich die erhaltenen Spenden anschließend nicht dem gewünschten Projekt zuordnen kann? Für mich fühlt sich das wie Betrug an meinen Spendern an. Darüber gab es keinerlei Warnung, als ich den Spendenlink einrichtete.
