IPN simulator always send INVALID answer, also if post data are correct and are the same received.
Using official github php script, using that User-Agent: PHP-IPN-Verification-Script' it always send anything and exit from paypal developer account !!!
Using the user agent PHP-IPN-Listener it seems to works but simulator ALWAYS send an INVALID answer !
Its really crazy to implement this simple function if the official guide doenst work !
