Fraudulent use of my PayPal account

Hi, On 17-06-23 a transaction was made through my PayPal account with a company called Depop, I have not heard of this company before and I certainly did not authorise any transaction or payment with them. I opened a dispute with PayPal regarding this but they just said no unauthorised transaction was made and therefore would not refund me. I have tried to contact Depop but need to submit a password to an account that I don't have in order to communicate with them. Has this happened to anyone on here and what is my best course of action, I have of course changed my password for PayPal. Thank you.
