Hi, last night someone hacked into my paypal account and tried to change my email and then got my account permanently suspended. I tried contacting customer service and wasn't able to get through. I am not sure what to do since they didnt make any charges as far as I can tell but I had paypal credit but i cant access it so I don't know if they could've charged to that. I'm not sure what I should do or if theres a way to geth my account reinstated.
If you go to legal bottom of this page > user agreement (for your country) > scroll down to the section on unauthorised transactions and there is a phone number you could use.
