Unauthorised payment

I did not consent to any payment to Joyui co ltd or whatever nor do I know anything about them. I just want my $46.64NZD back to my card. I deleted all my cards in the past because unauthorised payments kept going out and then the minute I linked a card to my paypal account, it happens again.

I appreciate how this must be so concerning. If there has been an authorized payment on your PayPal account, I would ask you to ensure that you report this to us. Please see the following steps: How do I report potential fraud, spoof or unauthorized transactions to PayPal?
