Account limited after various efforts

My account was limited so I followed the steps to remove the limits and even got an email from paypal saying all limitations have been removed, however, when I open the app, it still has that red banner saying account is limited. How can I fix this? Its been more than 24 hours I received their email. I have tried refreshing and logging in again but it still hasn’t help. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Kindly reach out to our customer support team to get a help resolving your issue. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
