Good evening all. I am new to to using PayPal but children said i must. I am seeking advice on an issue. I have bought an item of market place using pay Pal and I am having difficulties with receiving what I contracted to purchase. It appears the same item was sold twice and when that was discovered a new ad was replaced for what I contracted to. I am currently trying to get satisfaction directly but am told that i have to now wait till they get another package in to replace the one that I bought. I usually pay cash for an item at the time I pick it up so this is all new to me. I don't want to lodge a complaint yet so any advice offered will gratefully be received.
