Bank on Permanent Limited Account?

I have my account permanently limited. Do I need to wait the 180 days to withdraw the money, or can I add a bank account and withdraw it immediately? Knowing that this is the specific "error" I have: "Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money." Furthermore, when I called the number, I basically got an automatic answer machine message that said the meaning of the following: "Your account is restricted and the money will stay in the account until 16th feb. in case there is any problems with any purchases after that date the money will be sent to your bank account. it offers help in case you want to add a new bank account, for yes press "1" for no press "2"" I would appreciate a confirmation from an authorized Moderator that has representation to PayPal, and not just a volunteer. Thank you.

If you don't want our help then contact customer services as you have already been informed on your previous duplicate threads.

However you may not be able to get through to them because as you have a permanently limited account you are no longer a customer of theirs.

Good luck though.

I appreciate your input on all the different posts, man. I really do, and I'm not even being sarcastic. However in this inquiry, your input/advice won't be useful because you won't be held accountable if something went wrong. Therefore, even in best case scenario in which you end up saying "Yes, do it", I still will not because if things went south, your statement will not have weight with the Customer Support. If you said "no, you can't" then it is still not a guaranteed advice because, again, this is a sensitive issue that needs a definite answer from a representative individual. So don't take it personal. I appreciate the effort nonetheless.

Then contact customer services if they are new and reading from prompts on a screen you may end up with incorrect advice, but your call.

However as I said odds are you won't be able to connect anyway as you are no longer a customer of theres.
