How can I get my money after my account was closed

Hello everyone, I am I have been using PayPal for a long time and suddenly due to the current conflict in Gaza most of the accounts here have been restricted and permanently restricted, so how can I withdraw my money after it has been restricted?

If its a permanent limitation then they may allow you to withdraw any funds after 180 days.

However you would need to wait for the paypal email citing you are eligible to do so which you may or may not get dependent on the circumstances at that time.

I have exceeded 180 days and they sent me a message that I am eligible to withdraw the money.. but I cannot withdraw or transfer it
