Inappropriate transaction

I accidentally bumped a button that authorized payment of $14.59. There were no safegaurds such qs "yes proceed with payment" or anything like that. It was an add on to a $1 payment i did authorize. I immediatly within seconds tried to cancel and it qouldnt let me. Paypal wont refund it even though i attempted to upload proof of what had transpired, paypal wouldnt let me upload Won't refund me even and won't let me upload evidence that the seller is ripping me off

Paypal covers you for item not received OR item received but not as described.

They also cover you for unauthorised transactions if you were hacked and did not make the transaction.

Anything else is between you and the merchant to sort.
