I bought a ‘Titanium Multitool’ from an instagram advert. That was 31st August. The item never arrived.

Tried contacting the merchant by email. No reply.

But to raise a dispute/make a claim it asks for a link to the product page.

it’s a company called Brightsky Network Limited. I can’t even find them using Google search.

So what do you do ?

I bought am item from them and they never delivered. They provided a fake delivery tracking, that's how they got away with it because PayPal never checked if it was legit. That delivery company doesn't even exist and their contact number doesn't exist either.

I do understand that you have experienced fake delivery. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
