PayPal deactivated my account and rejected my claim even though I got scammed by the seller

I wanted to buy a secondhand camera which I found on Facebook Marketplace. Since the seller was living far from my place, he suggested to post it. I chose paying through PayPal via Goods and Services because I thought it was a safe method. However, three days after transferring the money, I received an email from PayPal stating "based on the information we have today, it looks like there has been activity on this account that we cannot support.'

After my PayPal account was deactivated, the seller disappeared and stopped replying to my messages.

I tried to file a claim, but PayPal disappointed me again by rejecting it.

I’m sharing my story here because, firstly, I want my account reinstated, and secondly, I want my money back. Additionally, PayPal needs to review their policies and how scammers manage to exploit their system. My suspicion is that the scammer used multiple accounts to file enough reports to get my account deactivated.
