Hello Dear PayPal Community Services
I have come to you with great hope PayPal has permanently blocked my account without any reason and without any verification I want to know from you what I did that caused this. My account is blocked please help me and restore my account. No legal transaction was done in my PayPal account I am ready to prove everything but PayPal has closed my direct account without any verification and without any reason so I request you Please help me restore the account and give me information. I am also sending you what I have received and I have also sent you the screen shot of my entire mails, you can see that there is no legal transaction in my account.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

We are constantly trying to contact your customer service. Sir not receiving any response from you can you give me your call number on which we can discuss with paypal. How can you say that a closed account is not reopened. You told us what was the problem with our account that caused You have closed our account
