Hello to all.
I am having a question regarding a transaction of mine.
I sold a digital product to a buyer for 12 usd which was advertised as PDF file.I sent the buyer a ZIP archive containing the PDF file. The buyer oppened a case in 30 minutes after purchase that the product was not as described,in minutes i sent him a link to the PDF file only and not the ZIP.I emailed him the link and also trough Paypal's messaging.I asked nice to close the case if everything is fine and if he is happy with the file,he didnt replied back on Paypal messaging or email for 2 days so i escalated the case. Now after 1 week i see a message that the buyer was refunded the money back and i have 30usd fee from paypal for dispute fee.(for a 12 usd product sale)
Do you think this is normal? Not only the buyer now has the money back and the digital file from me i got a fine of 30 usd.
