Paypal think Samsung are trying to steal my money. Help with applying some common sense!

Trying to buy a white good from Samsung.  Approved with 2FA via my app.

Get a generic "something went wrong, please try again" message.

Support say

"Thank you for writing back to us with your concern regarding not able to make payment to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS (UK) LIMITED.

I can see here, the system detected a risk for your money if you continue this transaction. We are just protecting you and your funds for future and possible problems that may come up if this transaction will be completed"

In what world is buying something direct from Samsung for a few hundred £s and having it shipped to your long standing home address considered to be high risk?!

The main issue I have is not being able to resolve this. Nobody at paypal seems to have the ability to correct a poor decision made by a computer.  All they can suggest is to wait a few days and see if it sorts itself, which they don't think it will.

Any suggestions to resolve this madness?!
