Refunded Payment In Fraud Attempt, Can I Recover Fee?
I was selling a ticket on Reddit, the prospective buyer sent me the $100 as goods n services with no notations and gave an email to transfer the ticket, which was different than the email the payment came from. I immediately refunded the money and since found out he has defrauded other sellers. It's just a few bucks but any way to recover that and report the customer?
I usually insist on sending detailed invoice so the fact that he was so readily sending money when it's near impossible to sell tickets online definitely had me suspicious.
