Suffer from a Scam - Order Still Pending

I believe I’ve fallen victim to a scam. I made a payment of around $400 to purchase a scooter online, but after more than ten days, I haven’t received any shipping information.
I did some research on the website I purchased from, “global reach shop,” and found that many sources indicate it is a fraudulent site.
The order is still pending in PayPal. Is there anything I can do to cancel the payment and resolve this issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your order and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. If a payment you sent is in Pending status, it means the recipient hasn't received the payment yet. You can cancel the payments on the web:
- Go to Activity.
- Click Cancel under the payment in question.
- Follow the steps to cancel the payment.
If the cancel option is not available then you can also file a dispute for the order purchased using PayPal. While filing dispute you can contact the merchant/seller directly and this is the quickest way to resolve the problem. However, if you are unable to reach a solution and having doubts regarding the order and seller activity, you have the option to escalate the matter to a claim. Also, PayPal offers purchase protection to help safeguard our buyers. I recommend you to check the article Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? to know you will be eligible for protection or not.
