What Was the Reason for My Account Closure and How Can I Have It Reopened?

My PayPal account has been closed. I have only received two payments in total. During the account verification process, I uploaded all the necessary documents without any issues. However, due to it being the weekend, I was unable to enter the shipping tracking numbers into the system. I sent the packages on Monday morning and immediately entered the tracking numbers into the system. Shortly after that, I received a notification that my account was closed.

This process should normally take a much longer period of time. A decision made so quickly could lead to misunderstandings or technical errors. Furthermore, there is no risk associated with my account. I have only received two orders, both of which have been shipped, and I have entered the tracking numbers into the system. I have also provided my identity verification documents correctly.

I urgently request that this situation be reassessed and that my account be reinstated. Mistakes like this on a platform like PayPal can cause significant harm to users. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
