All I've been doing is selling my stuffs online for cash and recently I tried to do 1 goods and services and just today I got limited for a review, is there any way to resolve this? Because all my transactions are clean and the only problem was pay pal holding my money but all in all my transactions went smoothly and I don't think there's a reason for someone to report or give me a negative review unless they're trolling or somethin, In addition the goods and services transaction that I did recently wasn't even refunded and I only tried it once since we talked that Imma give the customer a discount and the tax would be on me. Aside from that the other reason might be failing to comply the requirements needed but as far as I remember it was only the goal set by pay pal for them to lift the holding of my money permanently that's the only possible reasons I know if those aren't the reason how would I be able to determine what's the actual reason for my account being limited, and what should I do to be able to use my pay pal account again.
