I recently used Paypal to pay for a exercise plan that i wanted during this process i ended up clicking on things i shouldn't have and that triggered additional charges which left me with an unexpected large bill!

After reaching out to the seller right away both via creating a dispute and via email, after endless back and forth the seller refuses to provide a refund for the additional services that i clicked on!

Can PayPal help in this situation?

I haven't used any of the additional services other than the one service that i wanted.

out of 3 services i am currently using only 1!

Hello @Jijoy96,

Welcome and thank your for posting your concern.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your order and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. PayPal offers purchase protection to help safeguard our buyers. Kindly check the article Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? to know you will be eligible for protection or not. I would also recommend you to check the PAYPAL'S PURCHASE PROTECTION PROGRAM to know the eligibility.

If you are eligible for the protection, you have the option to escalate the matter to a claim. Reviewing the relevant help centre article How do I escalate a PayPal dispute to a claim? will be helpful for you to escalate a claim.

You can also reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page.

Warm Regards,
Shradha
