I DON'T HAVE LAST NAME LEGALLY

I don't have last name. My legal name only contains one word, including my bank's name. On the other hand, Paypal needs my last name to be filled.

As a result, I cannot transfer my paypal balance to my bank account. What should I do?

Unfortunately you need 2 names on a paypal account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hi @jochu99 and @1RyanRajpurohit 

I can understand that a situation like this would be frustrating especially when it expects you to have a last name. I know in the past people put their first name in twice or just a dot for the second name so I would recommend trying this first. If this doesn't work for you as depending on the first name if it will accept it or not please follow @kernowlass advice and steps she posted.
