After the dispute with seller (closed inMarch 2023) I don't see refund on my PayPal. The seller approved PayPal to refund the charge. They also cancelled subscription I paid for.
So I don't have the access (since March) to the digital product I paid. And I don't have my money neither.
I didn't get any mail about the refund. And I don't even see in the Activity on my PP account that any refund is waiting.
I paid with credit card.
Can somebody please help with the information?

Did the dispute auto close 20 days after opening it or did you escalate to a claim?
Only if the seller agreed and issued a refund then the dispute would close when they did that.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

If the seller agreed to a refund they should have issued one as soon as you agreed, if they did not then you should have escalated the dispute to a claim for paypal to get involved.
Sadly you let it time out and auto close so the seller knows that they don't have to refund you now.

But I've checked out with seller and I have their e-mail, that they have agreed with refund. And there is no issue on their side. And as I already mentioned - I don't have access to their digital product anymore... What can I do now? MOney is obviously stuck somewhere in PayPal?

You may have checked with the seller and had an email from them but that doesn't mean that they actually refunded you.
If they refunded you then the dispute would have immediately closed and you would have had an email confirmation from paypal to say that you had been issued a refund.
If you were not told that the seller refunded you via a paypal email + its not showing as a refund in your paypal account then you have not been refunded have you.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi everyone! Thank you @kernowlass for your help so far on this thread. We really appreciate the expertise you lend our customers.
@Ram8383, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your order. If you paid with a debit or credit card, you may want to reach out to them to see what options may potentially be available.
Best wishes with this and future transactions,
