PayPal has declined a first payment from Fine Art America twice

I am due a first payment from Fine Art America. It was declined in June 15th. FAA told me they would try again on July 15th, but it hasn’t appeared. I can’t see any reason any it would be declined. I get payments from other companies. How do I resolve this?

Have you confirmed your email address?

What currency are they sending and have you added that currency as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you checked that they have the correct email address without any spelling errors or typos?

Ok, may be because they are paying in US dollars and I’m in the U.K. I’ll try adding a US currency. Everything else is OK. Thanks
