Why is it that Paypal denies having my money even though my bank cleared the payment to paypal on the 26th of december and I am still inable to simply ask for them to cancel this pending refund that should have never been made using an "e" check when they could have easily just used my debit card or a normal ach transfer over this ridiculously long ECheck timeframe and then even worse is Im still waiting for the E check to have cleared even thoughn I was told 3-5 business days and that has long since elapsed?
Echeques go via ACH in batches, so allow 5 working days.
If you add funds via a bank account it is always an echeque, if you had selected a debit card when you added funds as your funding source it would have been instant.
