error while requesting money

hi everyone! I'm trying to request money, but I get "an error occurred, please try again later" everytime in the app. When I'm trying to do it on my computer, the page doesn't load at all 😕 Is it because I'm from Ukraine?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country so not everyone would be able to send you funds that way.

Also a 'money request' is a goods/services option so you would not be able to use it.
You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
