Hi Folks,
Recently we created a Pay Button, and embedded the code on our website. The button works but we have a problem with our "PayMent Received" emails that come in. The Customer Memo is not being forwarded to payment received emails. Under "Instructions from buyers" it says "None Provided". But when logged into the Paypal website's Transaction Details, the customers notes are shown under "Memo". So they are entering the information. We just don't get that info in our emails. How do I fix this?
Thanks!

Still looking for a solution to this. The staff really relies on the emails that come from Paypal to provide the information they need. Payments are coming in, but they don't know what they are for. The customer is entering the information, and it is visible in Paypal Transactions under "Memo", but the "Instructions from Buyer" field in the emails the staff receives says "None Provided".
Can anyone provide some ideas on this?
Thanks.

When Building the button, it's called "Customer Notes". So that area is called 3 different things: "Customer Notes", "Memo", and "Instructions from Buyer".
