Dispute incorrectly closed

I hope someone can give me some advice. I ordered an item from an online shop in August. It arrived on 1st October & the item was nothing like pictured on the website. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times but they aren’t responding, so I raised a PayPal dispute. PayPal have closed the case in the sellers favour saying it’s more than 30 days since I received the item, but it’s only 7 days. I’m unable to reopen the case or raise another case, is there any other way I can contact them to pursue the issue? Thanks.
