Is anyone encounter the same issue as for me. I have done withdrawal from my paypal account towards my debit card last month ago August 5,7,12 and unfortunately until now this is not yet debited to my account. As per my local bank i have to provide them Mt103 or any telegraphic transfer slip for them to trace the funds. But unfortunately paypal doesnt have it. I dont know where will be the funds now since it was out from paypal system and as per bank there is no way to trace the funds unless i can provide them with this forms. So i was wondering where this funds will goes thru then if not resolve. Please share if anyone face the same and what did you do to solve the issue. Thank you
